Penne Al Arrabiata

The original and easy recipe for the Italian red sauce spicy pasta. It’s super delicious 😀


–          40 oz penne

–          3-4 tbsp of chopped parsley

–          12 oz of peeled tomatoes

–          4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

–          2 cloves of garlic

–          2 fresh chilies

–          ½ cup of grated pecorino Romano cheese


Put the oil, chopped garlic and chopped chilies in a pan, let them sauté for about a minute and then add the tomatoes after you have chopped them.  Leave them to simmer so that the flavors are thoroughly absorbed into one another. Add the parsley to the sauce, mix it together and then add the pasta. Mix the pasta, sprinkle cheese on the top and serve.
